Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to quarterback the fulfillment process from order to billing in the Hazardous Waste division. You will be the main contact for customers in your branch, ensuring accurate job creation and timely communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating pickups, supporting quotes, creating WIPs, and collaborating with Billing and Contract Control to ensure invoices reflect services delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or similar.
• 1–3 years of technical customer support experience in hazardous waste/materials or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories.
• Own the communication (internal and external) for all aspects of customer service.
• Take customer requests for service pickups and direct loads; create jobs and tickets.
• Provide support for quoting new service code categories to customers.
• Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and select approvals codes.
• Work with Contract Control Manager to ensure accuracy of accounts and price books.
• Coordinate pickup requests with the operation scheduler and communicate dates to customers.
• Convert manifests prior to facility receipt and ensure paperwork for RPM.
• Collaborate with Billing Coordinator to ensure invoice accuracy.
