Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to help grow our electric utility client portfolio across the United States. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts, accelerating growth within our Industrial team.

The role requires selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects to electric utilities, including T&D, substations, generation, and environmental projects, with travel and collaboration across disciplines to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with utility clients
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists for client delivery
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery
• Implement strategies contributing to growth and profitability of CDM Smith
