Job summary

Ansell is hiring an Industrial Territory Sales Manager to lead growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas or Oklahoma area. Candidates must reside in the territory, with a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus a lucrative sales incentive plan.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales. A company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) with company match. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or commensurate experience
• 3+ years of proven successful field sales
• Experience in industrial, PPE, or related product sales through distributors preferred
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set and execute territory growth plans to achieve strategic objectives
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and maintain an opportunity pipeline >$2M
• Close >$1M in new business annually
• Build and maintain superior relationships with key end users
• Support channel development and national accounts growth initiatives
• Introduce new Ansell products and programs according to strategy
• Travel up to 75% to meet customers and partners
