Job summary

Ansell Limited is seeking an Industrial Territory Sales Manager for the Baltimore area. You will drive territory growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a multi-million-dollar pipeline while building strong end-user relationships and supporting national accounts and channel development.

The role requires residence in the Baltimore territory and offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus a lucrative incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Sales, or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of proven successful field sales.
• Industrial, consumer products, food service or PPE sales experience through distributors preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SalesForce.Com (SFDC) or similar CRM preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement territory growth plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and maintain an open pipeline >$2M.
• Close >$1M in new business opportunities annually.
• Secure superior relationships with key end users and support channel development.
