We are looking for our next Recruiting Sourcer to join our team to build strong candidate pipelines for light industrial and manufacturing roles across the country, partner with the TA team, and establish our company as the employer of choice in each market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience with job boards, resume databases, and social media.
• Strong internet research and communication skills.
• Ability to build pipelines across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for light industrial and manufacturing openings.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequent and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Collaborate with TA team to align sourcing with hiring needs.
• Deliver qualified candidate leads and maintain pipeline activity.
