ITS Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and build strong candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting teams. You will leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques to source qualified candidates for critical roles.

You are analytical, resourceful, and collaborative, with at least one year of sourcing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems is expected, and you will contribute to refining

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred.
One year experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, candidate generation, or a related Talent Acquisition function preferred.
Strong research, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn recruiting systems, sourcing platforms, and related technology.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs using LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions; adjust sourcing efforts as needs change.
Track and evaluate sourcing activity and outcomes to identify effective methods.
Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing platforms and search techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
Test and refine search techniques; research new tools and channels for candidate identification.
Document and share effective search strategies to strengthen sourcing capabilities across the Talent Acquisition team.
