Job summary

48forty Solutions seeks a Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and build pipelines for light industrial and manufacturing roles nationwide. The role suits a hunter who uncovers great candidates where others may not look and who builds strong relationships to fuel our pipelines.

Partner with TA Specialists and Recruiters to identify talent, develop sourcing plans, and deliver qualified leads. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years in recruiting or sourcing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, staffing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for light industrial and manufacturing openings using job boards, resume databases, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct creative searches to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired positions and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop relationships with local employers and community partners to expand reach.
• Deliver qualified candidate leads and keep recruiters updated on pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine search criteria and sourcing strategies.
