The ideal candidate is analytical and resourceful, with experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search and other sourcing tools. You will track activity, measure outcomes, and partner with recruiters to move candidates through screening.

Qualifications

• 1 year of talent sourcing or recruiting research experience.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source individual candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs by leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, Boolean searches, advanced filters, keywords, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, adjusting sourcing efforts as hiring needs and business priorities change.
• Track and evaluate sourcing activity and outcomes, including candidate relevance, recruiter acceptance, and progression to recruiter screening, to identify effective sourcing methods and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing platforms, search strings, filters, and talent pools to improve the quality and efficiency of individual candidate searches.
• Test and refine search techniques, research new sourcing tools and channels, and identify opportunities to improve candidate identification and pipeline development.
• Document and share effective search strategies and sourcing best practices to strengthen sourcing capabilities across the Talent Acquisition team.
