Job summary
McLane Company, Inc. seeks an Industrial and Systems Engineer to lead time studies, optimize labor, and support nationwide field operations. You will analyze data, develop engineered standards, and collaborate with site leadership to implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred.
- Experience with time studies and CI methods.
- Knowledge of WMOS, Blue Yonder, or related systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership for cross-site collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead time studies and labor optimization initiatives.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements.
- Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
- Partner with site leadership to implement solutions.
- Present improvement recommendations to executives.
- Travel up to 75% to support field operations.
