McLane Company, Inc is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to lead time studies, analyze operations, and optimize labor across nationwide sites. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, support for Labor Management Systems, and collaboration with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.

The position requires travel up to 75% and proximity to a McLane location for DC work when travel is not required. Strong communication and engineering background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience performing time studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred.
• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
