Qualifications

• Time studies and continuous improvement methods are required.
• Experience with WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder is preferred.
• Labor management, MOST, and engineered standards knowledge is desired.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
• Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.
• Present improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Travel up to 75% to support field operations.
