Job summary
McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to drive continuous improvement across nationwide operations. You will conduct time studies, optimize labor, and analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities.
Travel up to 75% to support distribution centers and field sites, collaborating with site leadership to implement durable, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field, with experience in MS Office, Oracle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred; other engineering degrees considered.
- Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present to leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
- Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.
- Present improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Travel up to 75% to support field operations.
