The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, experience with MWS/WMS tools, and strong communication skills to present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred.
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of Labor Management Systems and engineered standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
• Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.
• Present improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Travel up to 75% to support field operations.
