Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to lead time studies and labor optimization across nationwide operations. You will analyze data, support Labor Management Systems, and collaborate with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.

This role requires up to 75% travel and proximity to distribution centers. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related fields, with CI experience and knowledge of WMOS/Blue Yonder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred.
• Other engineering degrees considered for the role.
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of WMOS, Manhattan Active or Blue Yonder is a plus.
• Labor management, MOST, and engineered standards experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office 365; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
• Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.
• Present improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Travel up to 75% to support field operations.
