McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to lead time studies and drive continuous improvement across multiple facilities. You will analyze operations data, support labor management systems, and work with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.

The role requires up to 75% travel and proximity to distribution centers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field, with experience in engineered standards and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods is required.
• Familiarity with labor management systems and engineered standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis and office software is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
