McLane Company, Inc. seeks an Industrial and Systems Engineer to drive continuous improvement across nationwide operations. This role requires travel up to 75% and close collaboration with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.

You will lead time studies, analyze operational data, support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards, and present recommendations to leadership. Knowledge of WMOS/Blue Yonder and strong communication are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
• Other applicable engineering degrees considered
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred
• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders
• Read/write/understand English at work level for safety and instruction
