Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a Structural Manufacturing Associate in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring to specs, cutting and fitting structural steel, and preparing weld-ready assemblies in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities include using torches, grinders, plasma cutting, and operating cranes, with emphasis on quality reporting and safety compliance in a loud, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Threading, grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, plasma cutting, gas arc cutting.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fit to tolerances.
• Measure target points and ensure true/plumb/square alignment.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack metal sections to weld-ready status.
• Install structural hangers, supports and braces.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts following safety procedures.
• Document quality reporting per SEA standards.
• Assist with ISO 9001 audits and compliance.
