Stellar Energy Americas is seeking a Structural Manufacturing Associate in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX. The role requires hands-on assembly, welding prep, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fabrication facility.

The ideal candidate has experience with structural fittings, blueprints, and welding processes, and is comfortable working with overhead cranes and heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and follow job specs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and perform true/plumb/square checks.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack components to weld-ready status.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts following safety standards.
• Ensure quality and safety per SEA standards.
