Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ years welding experience preferred.
• Experience with SMAW, FCAW and GTAW is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret WPS/PQR and set up equipment for all positions.
• Analyze blueprints to identify weld insignia and apply to assemblies.
• Prepare metal surfaces and fit components to job specifications.
• Operate measuring devices (caliper, micrometer) to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance in daily tasks.
• Assist with ISO 9001 preparations and audits.
