Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Network Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering roles.
• Strong communication and training capabilities to work with customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and technical training for customer engineering teams.
• Provide tailored technical recommendations for product features and configurations.
