Job summary

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial teams. The Solutions Consultant role focuses on closing gaps by building tailored demos, loading real customer data, and guiding multi-stakeholder evaluations from discovery through validation.

You will be the technical partner to Mid-Market AEs, maintain the demo library, answer tough questions, and collaborate with product, engineering and support. This hybrid role requires travel and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, implementation or solutions building.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial operations or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with Account Executives to map workflows and decisions; build demo/evaluation plans.
• Deliver tailored demos and hands-on trials using customers' asset data.
• Lead technical validation and POC across multi-stakeholder cycles; answer product/security questions.
• Partner with Professional Services on customer-specific integrations.
• Keep demos and sales collateral current with product updates; coach AEs.
