Job summary

Bilfinger Industrial Services seeks an experienced site supervisor for industrial maintenance and construction projects. You will oversee field operations, safety procedures, and scheduling across multiple craft disciplines within a major maintenance site.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial maintenance/construction, a HS diploma or equivalent, OSHA 30, and strong communication skills. Travel to project sites is required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and construction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel by plane or vehicle; monitor worksites regularly.

Responsibilities

Manage field operations for all craft disciplines on the construction maintenance site.
Oversee site security procedures and supervise labor per site rules.
Align fieldwork to approved project schedule, policies, and labor estimates.
Ensure compliance with the project quality control program and adjust field operations accordingly.
Develop schedules, methods, and manage craft overtime to meet site requirements.
Coordinate field operations including subcontractors, materials, and labor resources.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planners on equipment handling requirements.
Inform Site Superintendent on productivity, status, and personnel issues.
