Job summary

Bilfinger Industrial Services in the United States is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage field operations across craft disciplines on a construction maintenance site. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, oversee subcontractor activity, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and support staffing and overtime planning.

Requires HS diploma, 10+ years in industrial maintenance/construction, OSHA 30 and Safe Start training, strong communication, travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations of all craft disciplines for the entire construction maintenance site and oversee site facilities and equipment.
• Oversee site security procedures and supervise labor.
• Align fieldwork with the approved project schedule, policies, and labor estimates.
• Ensure field quality control and participate in cost reviews; support project tool/equipment plans.
• Understand subcontract documents and ensure compliance for successful execution.
• Plan, schedule, and manage all craft overtime and workforce requirements.
• Coordinate field operations with project staff, engineering, procurement, and planners.
• Inform Site Superintendent about productivity and personnel issues.
