Bilfinger is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee project planning, execution, safety, and client coordination on industrial sites in the US. You will drive safe execution, manage costs, and coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and experience with shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial construction experience, preferably in mechanical, process, pharma, chemical, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience managing industrial construction activities and coordinating multiple work fronts.
• Experience with shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance projects, or capital project execution.
• Strong safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, piping isometrics, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed construction execution plans, schedules, work packages, and resource plans.
• Review drawings and specs for constructability and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities including equipment installations and shutdowns.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and client representatives.
