Responsibilities

• Manage a Mega Shredder and downstream separation system on site.

• Attend site management team meetings and report progress.
• Supervise about 12 unionized employees at the site.
• Address safety and maintenance concerns on site.
• Oversee parts inventory, capital planning, and projects.
• Assist maintenance planning activities.
