Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality on hydroblasting and vacuum truck jobs. You will ensure proper documentation and drive operational efficiencies at the work site.

Requirements include 2+ years in industrial cleaning, a high school diploma/GED, and strong communication skills. Driver certification is preferred and occasional customer interaction is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning service
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to complete HPC-Industrial operations safely and efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate paperwork documenting work functions
• Train and develop equipment technicians
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain relations
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
• Additional duties as assigned
