Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to manage two or more crews at a customer location. You will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service-line operations, ensuring equipment readiness and on-time documentation while upholding company safety and client requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, dispatching crews, and acting as Operations or Branch Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Valid driver license and driving policy compliance when using company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch crews during nights/weekends.
• Act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment is available and operational before starting a job.
• Inspect equipment and work area; correct deficiencies that may cause accidents or downtime.
• Inform client of job status and requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on-the-job.
