Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead two or more Crews in daily operations, ensuring safe work, proper documentation, and high-quality industrial cleaning services at the job site.

Responsibilities include supervising hydroblasting and vacuum truck jobs, training technicians, and maintaining strong customer relations while following company policies and procedures. Transitioning military candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in operations of hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew and ensure safety and accurate completion of HPC-Industrial operations.
• Promote safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate effectively.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
