The role involves hands-on operation of hydroblasting and vacuum equipment, guiding a crew, and upholding safety policies on customer sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have classroom safety training and on‑the‑job safety experience.
• Language: understand English to follow safety instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with driving policy when using company or personal vehicle.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device.
• Experience operating wet and dry vacuum and related work equipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer policies and procedures.
• Operate hydroblasting equipment and vacuum/jet rodders as needed.
• Run specialized equipment like Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct field maintenance on equipment and manage on-site tasks.
