Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Manager, Product Management & Business Development – Industrial Sensing to drive global growth. Define product strategies, roadmaps, and growth plans, translating customer needs into innovative solutions and commercial success.

Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management, you’ll work from Richardson, TX on a Hybrid schedule, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and regional teams to expand markets, form partnerships, and accelerate sensing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or related commercial roles.
• 8+ years in developing product strategies and driving business growth.
• Experience identifying market opportunities and translating customer needs into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as product and market expert for assigned segments and verticals, define strategy and growth roadmap.
• Shape new product concepts, business cases, and investment priorities; support NPI planning and launches.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities to improve positioning and market share.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand business within target segments and accelerate growth.
• Establish strong relationships with strategic customers, OEMs, and partners; lead customer engagement from opportunity to commercial win.
• Identify partnerships, joint ventures, M&A, and other growth initiatives to expand into new applications and channels.
