Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, portfolio priorities, and long-term growth roadmap; translate customer and market requirements into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Offering Management on product concepts, business cases, and investments; support NPI planning and launch strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning and profitability.
• Develop growth strategies to expand within target segments and accelerate channel growth; partner with Sales on account strategies.
• Build relationships with strategic customers, OEMs, and partners to drive engagement from opportunity to commercial win.
• Identify partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives to expand into new applications and markets.
