Job summary

NELSON Worldwide seeks a Senior Project Manager for our Industrial Practice in the United States. You will lead complex industrial design projects, from feasibility through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of PM and architecture/engineering experience in warehouses, manufacturing, and logistics facilities, with licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and architectural experience in industrial facilities.
• Experience designing warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities.
• AutoCAD, Revit, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional architectural or engineering licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with AHJs, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop work plans, schedules, budgets and contracts.
• Mentor and coordinate junior staff and team members.
• Support business development and RFP responses.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with Nelson standards.
