Job summary

Nelson Worldwide, LLC seeks an Industrial Practice Delivery Leader to guide strategy and execution, aligning with Practice Leaders to build culture, delivery performance, and client engagement. You will partner with leaders, clients, and project managers to translate strategy into measurable, data-backed actions that grow the practice.

Required are 15+ years in architecture/interior design with leadership, financial acumen, and contract negotiation expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on delivering service excellence.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and manage complex projects.
• Strong financial understanding to monitor budgets, profitability, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice strategy in collaboration with Practice Leadership and other Practice Leaders.
• Review pricing efforts with national leadership to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and legal teams to mitigate risk.
• Assess project performance with leaders to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Identify and resolve issues in the project lifecycle to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Communicate shifts in priorities clearly to Leadership and Teammates.
