Job summary

NELSON seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Industrial Practice in the Seattle area. You will lead multiple projects through feasibility, planning, design, and documentation for industrial facilities, with emphasis on manufacturing, logistics centers, and warehouses.

Ideal candidates hold an architectural or engineering license and bring experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of relevant project management in architectural/engineering settings.
• Experience delivering industrial facilities, warehouses or distribution centers.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permits, and coordination across disciplines.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with BIM and project software tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from feasibility to construction administration.
• Coordinate with AHJs, clients, consultants, and vendors to meet scope and budget.
• Develop work plans, monitor timelines, and manage change orders.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain contracts and ensure project profitability targets.
