You will align with Practice Strategy, inspire and empower teammates, manage day-to-day operations, and translate strategy into execution to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing teams with motivation, empowerment, organization, and delegation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Financial acumen to understand performance, analyze data, manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice in partnership with Practice Leadership and other leaders to evolve capabilities and deliver results.
• Support pricing efforts and contract negotiations to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Identify friction points in project life cycles and drive solutions for efficiency and profitability.
• Communicate priorities and project status to leadership and teammates.
• Coordinate resource balancing and succession planning across the Practice and Nelson-wide.
