This role requires high school diploma, reliable teamwork and strong customer service; experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus. You must be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to pass pre-employment screening.

• Use technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct lengthy foot patrols and monitor cameras.

Industrial Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Dixon, IL

Wage:$16.26/HR

Schedule: Sat - Sun: 12AM - 8AM & Mon: 4PM - 12AM

TheIndustrial Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Active PERC license preferred.
• Must have the ability to pickup extra days / hours as needed.
• Steel toe boots required.
