Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 2 to lead a team of CSSOs and oversee security programs for high-stakes programs.

The role requires current Top Secret clearance, deep knowledge of DoD security regulations, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating with internal and external customers. Travel up to 25% is expected. You will develop policies, ensure compliance, and support new business pursuits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SAP access.
• 8+ years CSSO/Industrial Security or 6+ years with Master; 4 years extra as substitute for degree.
• Experience with DODM 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Specs.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials.
• Support staffing, mentoring, and training of personnel.
