Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/CPSO to support classified programs. You will develop, implement, and administer security programs for controlled materials, ensuring compliance with DoD 5205.07, ICD 705, and related regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for success. Qualifications include Top Secret clearance, 8+ years in CPSO/industrial security, and experience with DISS and SAP processes.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required with ability to obtain SAP eligibility
• 8+ years CPSO/industrial security experience with bachelor's degree (or 6+ years with master's)
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705
• Experience with DODM 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Spec
• Industrial security training or certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers security programs for classified materials
• Implements federal security regulations across programs
• Maintains access control, personnel and physical security procedures
• Conducts security briefings and audits
• Investigates security violations and prepares corrective actions
• Leads program protections and OPSEC activities
