Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking an Industrial Scheduler to maintain schedules for industrial projects using critical path methods and Last Planner System. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors and project teams, develop detailed Primavera P6 schedules, and support risk mitigation with analytics.

Qualifications include construction-phase experience, excellent communication, and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction phase of the project lifecycle.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Lean construction practices and pull planning.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with operations, design and permitting progress.
• Gather weekly work plans from subcontractors and update them.
• Analyze project trends and assist with risk mitigation.
