Job summary

McGough is seeking an Industrial Scheduler to maintain construction project schedules using critical path and Last Planner System techniques. The role emphasizes collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and project teams across industrial construction sites.

Responsibilities include developing Baseline schedules, monitoring progress, and delivering detailed Primavera P6 schedules. Travel to project sites nationwide may be required; base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience in construction phase of project lifecycle.
• Experience working as part of a design-build contractor.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and construction related documents to prepare usable Baseline schedules.
• Monitor project schedules and provide support to Operations teams.
• Interact with Operations to represent McGough Construction with owners and subcontractors.
• Use analytics to identify project trends and support risk mitigation.
• Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project teams to define scope and update schedules.
• Gather weekly work plans from subcontractors and update them.
• Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings and assess progress.
• Evaluate schedule progress and identify problem areas.
• Support Lean events and the McGough way.
