Job summary

TransTech is seeking a Scheduler in Indianapolis to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for MIG’s industrial construction and fabrication projects using Procore. This role ensures schedules are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with resource availability and project objectives.

Familiarity with Primavera P6 is preferred as MIG plans to expand future scheduling capabilities. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to read engineering drawings are essential for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years scheduling experience in industrial/heavy construction.
• Procore and Primavera P6 scheduling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules within Procore.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Logistics and Procurement.
• Track progress, identify critical paths, and provide schedule updates.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Integrate subcontractor timelines into master schedules.
