You will install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot scales across varied settings, ensuring compliance with standards and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience with scale systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening, weekend work, and outdoor conditions may be involved as part of 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing, calibrating, and repairing scales.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and measurement standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install industrial, laboratory, and commercial scales per specs.
• Perform calibration procedures and adjust as needed.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair scales to minimize downtime.
• Inspect scales for wear and functionality, fix components.
• Keep detailed service and calibration records and reports.
• Communicate with clients about service needs and estimates.
• Follow safety protocols around heavy equipment and electricals.
• Ensure scales meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Track tools, parts, and replenish supplies.
• Stay updated on scale tech advancements.
