Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance for industrial or electromechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, including ability to use hand tools, test equipment, and follow technical diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer locations as required.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company and customer safety policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in scale service, industrial equipment maintenance, or a similar technical field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair industrial scales and weighing systems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment issues.
• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate findings to customers.
• Travel locally to customer sites and provide on-site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with service team to schedule and prioritize work while ensuring safety and quality standards.
