OTC Industrial Technologies in Seattle is hiring an Industrial Sales Representative for compressed air. You will own a greenfield territory, build relationships with new customers, and drive growth with autonomy, training, and strong support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin levels meeting annual goals for all equipment.
• Spend 80–90% of time making calls in territory, growing new accounts.
• Coordinate with Regional teams to design customer-centric system solutions.
• Maintain disciplined daily/weekly activity per Air Technologies standards.
• Deliver results via the COMMIT process and defined sales approach.
• Budget and maintain market share targets with Regional objectives.
• Target competitive accounts to grow the customer base.
• Master technical sales and territory management: product knowledge and design.
• Maintain an updated database.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Spot problems early and take corrective action.
