Job summary

Charlotte, NC-based UAPC, a unit within OTC Industrial Technologies' Air Supply segment, seeks an Industrial Sales Representative to own a greenfield territory and build a customer book with full autonomy and support.

You will drive sales in a fast-growing industrial corridor, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a vehicle reimbursement program. Expect strong training, CRM tools, and comprehensive benefits as you grow with OTC.

Qualifications

• Professional service sales background with a demonstrated record of success.
• Outside sales experience with compressed air systems or related industrial products preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: spend 80–90% of time on sales calls and develop new accounts.
• Drive results: meet or exceed sales and margin goals for all equipment offerings.
• Build solutions: coordinate with regional resources to design customer-centric system solutions.
• Stay disciplined: maintain activity goals, updated database, and strong communications.
