T&D Metals | Iroquois Industrial Group (IIG) in Watseka, IL is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its heavy equipment and industrial customer base. You will sell fabricated and stamped metal components, welded assemblies, and related services, owning opportunities from first contact through award and repeat production.

The role requires active prospecting, close coordination with the plant, and travel to customer sites.

Formación

• At least five years of B2B sales in metal fabrication or related industrial products.
• Proven success winning OEM/industrial accounts and expanding recurring customer business.
• Ability to read drawings and discuss materials, tolerances, finishes, weldments, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing RFQ, proposals, price negotiations, and follow-up through award.

Responsabilidades

• Market Development and New Customers: develop target accounts in heavy equipment, agricultural and construction machinery, and other industrial markets.
• Quoting and Profitable Account Growth: gather drawings, forecasts, quantities, and delivery expectations; coordinate estimates and reviews.
• Customer Execution and Plant Coordination: transfer orders to operations, coordinate prototypes and production transitions, confirm delivery commitments.
• Sales Planning and Reporting: maintain CRM records, provide forecasts, track bookings and revenue, and coordinate with automotive sales as needed.
