Job summary

JPW Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Metal to own the metalworking business across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. You will manage distributor partnerships, drive end-user pull-through, and grow revenue through active prospecting and field demonstrations.

In this hunter role, you will train distributor sales teams, develop joint business plans, and travel up to 50% to meet customers and industry events. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in field or channel sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field sales, channel sales, or technical sales within industrial or metalworking markets.
• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and driving pull-through at end-user level.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships across IL, WI, and MI; train distributors' sales teams.
• Identify and develop end-user opportunities; run product demonstrations and site assessments.
• Manage and grow an opportunity pipeline; track leads and activity in CRM; meet territory goals.
• Represent JPW at trade shows and regional events and provide field feedback.
