Unicoat Industrial Roofing in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate commercial roof coating opportunities, manage a structured pipeline, and close deals that drive growth in our coatings platform.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal to handoff to operations—targeting building owners, facility managers, and general contractors, with emphasis on knowledge and trust over price.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling coatings or reroof solutions in commercial roofing.
• History of achieving $1M–$2M+ in annual sales.
• Ability to defend and deliver gross margin targets.
• Structured, disciplined pipeline management and monthly forecasting.
• Knowledge of coatings systems and low-slope roofing.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline development across Bradenton and Central Florida.
• Perform inspections and scoping; translate findings into scoped proposals with pricing.
• Build and present value-based proposals; navigate objections and close deals.
• Develop trusted relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with operations on scope, pricing, and delivery.
