Job summary

Foxtrot Industrial, a Quebec-based designer and manufacturer of wireless robotic systems, seeks a technical sales specialist to drive North American expansion. You will analyze client needs, review 3D drawings, and craft proposals for TANGO, SOLO, and OMNI models.

You will demo robots on site, attend trade shows, travel about two times per month across Canada and the United States, train operators, and manage post-sales follow-ups in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with engineering and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering OR technical college diploma (DEC) or equivalent in B2B industrial sales.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a full-cycle technical sales role.
• Professional bilingualism (French and English) essential to communicate with American clientele.
• Ability to read 3D drawings and comfort with IT/CRM tools.
• Intrapreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and passion for robotic technologies.
• Valid passport and legal work status allowing travel to the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the technical needs of industrial clients contacting Foxtrot.
• Analyze plans and 3D drawings of client plants or job sites, recommend models (TANGO, SOLO, OMNI), and draft structured commercial proposals.
• Perform dynamic demonstrations of our robots at client sites and represent Foxtrot at industrial trade shows in North America.
• Conduct approximately two trips per month across Canada and the United States for client meetings, trials, or trade shows.
• Assist clients during delivery and train their operators on-site for 1 to 2 days.
• Provide post-sales follow-up and maintain sales pipeline rigor in our HubSpot CRM.
