Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking an energetic Rental and Industrial Utility Sales Representative to grow industrial utility sales in an assigned Texas territory, focusing on equipment, services, and rental solutions.

You will build strong customer relationships and deliver profitable strategies to increase market share. The role requires three years of construction equipment sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage territory effectively.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus
• Three years of construction equipment sales experience
• Outside sales or territory management experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Communicates Kirby-Smith vision and values to customers
• Secures and maintains market share and rental volume in territory
• Develops sales plans, forecasts, and goals for assigned regions
• Prepares quotations outlining equipment features, pricing, and financing options
• Maintains knowledge of equipment, rental fleet, and industry trends
• Represents the company at industry meetings and trade associations
